TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This contest is subject to these terms and conditions as well as any other rules or conditions referenced herein. Complete monthly drawing terms and rules are available on the World Wide Web at www.marvins.com or by mailing a request for a complete copy of the contest terms and rules to: Marvin's Customer Contest, P.O. Box 1110, Leeds, AL 35094. By entering your information to Marvin’s, you become eligible to compete in a monthly drawing for $100 Marvin’s gift card.  By entering your information are agreeing to be bound by these terms as well as the complete terms and rules available by written request and online at www.marvins.com. By entering you are certifying to Marvin's that you are: of legal age; eligible to be an entrant or participant per the complete terms and rules (available on the World Wide Web at www.marvins.com <http://www.marvins.com/>  or by requesting a copy via mail to the above address); and that you have read and understand the complete terms and rules. To participate, you must be at least 19 years old and a US resident. Limit of one submittal per household; multiple entries are not allowed month to month, and submittals prior to March 1st, 2008 are not eligible. If products in the entry are not from Marvin's (or if you violate any of the other terms or conditions), Marvin's reserves the right to disqualify your entry and, if applicable, draw a different winner. Winner(s) may be required to participate in a photo session and sign a written acknowledgment and release giving Marvin's the right to use such publicity photos in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Drawings will be done at the end of each month at random from submittals received during the calendar month.  This drawing offer is not ongoing, and is subject to change or cease without prior notification.  This is a limited time offer.
