Marvin's EZ Return Policy

Our goal is to make everything at Marvin's EZ, (easy), for the customer. This includes our Refund and Exchange Policy. Our goal is to take care of you, our customer. If you purchase an item and are dissatisfied with it for any reason, please feel free to return or exchange it within the following guidelines:

  • A valid receipt is required and we will
    return the product for full purchase value
    or exchange it up to 120 days after the
    original sale.
  • Gas powered equipment, Heaters, Air
    Conditioners, Appliances, and Televisions
    may be returned within 45 days
    of the original date of purchase. Again,
    a valid receipt is required. After this period,
    it may be sent out for repair at the
    customer's expense, unless it is covered
    under manufacturer warranty.
  • Special orders are ordered according to the
    customer's specification and are subject to
    a 15% restocking fee. See the solution
    center at your store for details.
  • Cash and cash equivalent returns exceeding
    $500 may be refunded as a check mailed from our Store Support
    Center.
  • Gift cards, shipping or delivery fees and abused products are not
    eligible
    for return.
